My Journey
I came to America with a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Punjab. No computer science degree, no connections in tech.
Through years of persistence, odd jobs, and self-teaching, I broke into quality assurance and built a career across the biggest names in pharmacy benefit management.
From running my first test case on a mainframe to leading an 11-person QA team responsible for every production release.
2024 - 2026
Led 11-person onshore/offshore team, owned end-to-end test strategy for all production releases. Used AI-assisted test generation.
2019 - 2024
Joined at inception, built QA workflows from the ground up. SME across 5 squads covering claims, eligibility, network pricing, and clinical authorizations.
2013 - 2014
Tested PBM claims and eligibility on mainframe for 80M+ members during post-Medco merger integration.
2012 - 2013
Built Master Test Plans for PBM implementation with CVS Caremark. Automation with QTP and performance testing with LoadRunner.
2008 - 2009
Tested Medicare Part D workflows in PEGA PRPC with back-end validation in Teradata and DB2.
Applying 6+ years of pharmacy benefit management domain expertise to automated test design. Covers eligibility validation, NCPDP reject code handling, formulary and copay logic, with CI/CD integration via GitHub Actions.
